Allan. The Question Should Be Is This

a running flat ABC or an irregular flat with an extended
C Wave. Some rules I've read say that a running flat is usually a Wave 2 or B, so the odds are against it. If we
are in an extended C Wave of the ABC from the 4/4 low, we have a nice bounce to come after a correction. Maybe 9/21
was the bottom of an ABC Correction which began on 3/10/2000. I don't see 5 waves from 5/22 - 9/21 though and that is what bugs me about 9/21 being the end of the correction. I know the Prechter guy called it a 5th, but I
don't see it. It does fit that we are completing a 4th wave
of an impulsive with the 5th to come (this is one count I
don't see any reason to dismiss). Your thoughts on this appreciated.
