re: 3GPP 3G Release 99 (R'99) December 2000 version Status and Comments Matador (and Ilmarinen), The combined 3GPP TSG-RAN #14 Plenary met in Kyoto, Japan, December 11-14 to 2001. The (next to final) draft minutes are available here: list.3gpp.org Updated R'99 December 2000 version specifications have already posted. I have recently commented on the Moderated Qualcomm thread about "Recent UMTS Release 99 corrections... " Message 16868907 ... and on "completed" UMTS Release 99 there as well: Message 16868958 If you have a chance perhaps you could review the two posts and comment here or there if you see any glaring inaccuracies in my comments.
