ALso note that this is the second time that GENZ helped GZMO. GENZ bought a secondary from GZMO in 2000 , at prices above market value (it was something like the 30 day average stock price ). I think that GENZ really wants GZMO to succeed, but at the same time they acknowledge that its high risk stuff and don't want to see the R&D on their on balance sheet. I would tend to be at the buyers side, but the obvious lack of progress for GZMO's business plan make me much more cautious than I have been last year.
