Jim, I have followed HAL for many years and made a ton of DOUGH on her. Those insider buys were after 9/11, and wern't they before the jury verdict award?

I have had numerous discussions w/ Guy Morris regarding HAL, and I remember the day they bought Dresser. I have found it TROUBLING that in CC they said they would be announcing Buy Back if stock stayed depressed, but I have not heard they started it yet?

I have seen NOT 1 single insider buy the stock as it went from 24 area to 12. This fact has me wondering if things are not that bad but not getting better either!

I know HAL already sold off the Dresser unit and the Harbenger unit, so I donot know if its conceivable for them to have a CH 11 on just a single unit now. perhaps if they did not sell them last summer.

I want everyone to know that I am an Attorney, and I know the decision that came down last year regarding Liability in asbestos damages for an buyer of another company that had actual notice. This decision is what has HAL in such a dilemma.

Before their liability was rather limited, now its wide open. The vulture lawyers are having a field day in Mississsippi, Louisiana(new tort reform coming) and Texas.

Also bear in mind the biggest problem holding HAL, several jury awards are imminent, and this is what scares the heck out of me!

Good luck!! This is only the opinion of a trader that bought HAL at 11 and sold at 14..believing it would bounce to 17-18 that monday and tuesday!
