550,000 shares too many in undue compensation at around a 2 dollar share price still equals well over a million dollars split amongst a few people for being a director. And what about the 950,000 to officers? Are they due two million dollars in compensation for producing nothing? I do not think so. It is this action which first got me turned off on this company. Feel it as that I am attacking the company or whatever you want to believe, I'm angered by the self-dealing which has been going on. What about the vast issuances of shares to firms to "promote" the stock? The stock should speak for itself, without promoters trying to hype it up. The thing is the stock can't speak for itself b/c they don't have anything to speak for, except the lies they have construed out over the years. Time has finally caught up with them. I think 2002 is going to be the year in which it is the end of SPHC. I have heard of the term undervalued and I don't that is the case at 15 cents. Have you heard of the term overvalued?
