Earlie,..And with the long end of the debt market nudging up....... I am dense, what is going to cause the long end to nudge up? You seem to be saying that money will be moving out of the long treasuries. Are you saying the sellers will be taking on more risk or that foreign holdings will be taken home, or ....? Joan
