Let me understand this? How do you manage to avoid bankruptcy? Do you put money away to use to pay the bills and keep debts manageable? Why do you think that governments don't have the same responsibility? They can solve fiscal problems only to way by taxing or reducing spending. Reagan and now Bush did the opposite cut taxes and increased spending, which is total fiscal irresponsiblity. And it eventually leads to future generations in deep hock
