T4, I was actually quite surprised by the comments made by Petro-Canada (comment number 21) saying that the shortage of EPA approved drilling fluids will not allow them to be compliant by the April 2002 dead line. Amazing... I have about a thousand questions... I'm sure I'll have a few answered in the next couple of days. Thanks again... Frank P.
