I'm sort of out of the loop on options.... used to work on the CBOE and know the ENMD specialists, but don't know about the trade. I would try and find out if they traded on the bid [MM"s buy, institutions sell] or the offer [MM's sell]... this would tell me if someone thinks they know of news coming out, or if some institution is simply selling X dollars worth of premium for extra income.
