Russia, having invaded in 1979 can't really complain and might not be keen to feed insurrection against the occupation, especially if the UN gets revamped and takes over occupation. China took over Tibet. If they don't like it, they can get the UN reconstituted or get lost. Faultline, while you were away, you were delegated to get Hawk to get Tekuboi-san to get his beltway buddies to GeorgeW to get together with Tony, Hu Jintao, etc with Gorby as Chairman to have a meeting 20 Feb 2002 to figure out how the UN should be reconstituted for the globalized world.
