Can anyone give me a little history on PRSF. I read a newsletter which Steve Forbes endorses, and this stock was listed as one of three which you must buy at any price and that it has a very strong future similar to the former csco's of the world. I see it once traded at 15 and as low as 60 cents (in the past 52 weeks). What was the progression, what caused the fall, what is the possibilities? Anyone's input would be greatly appreciated. BTW, QCOM was also mentioned as buy at any price for a grand future. Thanks very much, Steve D.
