Sorry, but that is a factually challenged post. The last 20 years, during which the debt has risen quite a bit, has been an historically low period for inflation, and as large deficits were accumulated in the '80s, inflation was going down. Similarly with interest rates. They decreased through the '80s, and have been low in the '90s.
