No I'm not. But there are significant resources already available in North America, ...Alberta, offshore Maritimes, the Gulf of Mexico, south america... Why chase oil in a wild life reserve? I know, because it serves certain interests that are sympathetic to GWB, that's why. Leave the wilderness alone.
