Earlie, i think re-fi and the real estate market has to be viewed in context, those sharp drops in re-fi activity for the month of Dec. may reflect the seasonality effect of a historically quiet time for the real estate biz. Regardless, i'm with you...this is one of the main micro-economic areas to watch closely in the near future.
