hi clappy,

i didn't see much livestock in arizona either
but what i did see looked pretty good. mind
you, most of the people travelling on the bus
from phoenix to mexico had obviously made the
trip before 'cause they all had their curtains
drawn. harold and i were the only ones gawking
at the scenery but we couldn't see very much.
up till tucson, the terrain seemed to be pretty
flat and 'desertie' but then we started climbing
and the it become more hilly and by the time
we reached the border we had climbed over 2000 ft.

it was all quite different than anything i'd ever
seen.

anyway, i managed to eat veggie style with no
problem over the holiday season except twice.

once was turkey dinner on christmas day and the
second time was our last dinner in san carlos
- i had a chicken something or other.

i got this great recipe for prawns - mexican
style. i'll post it on drea's board later. i've
got to start clearing off my desk first. hate it
when work gets in the way of my fun !! :)
