My guess (& only that) is the CMTR maybe going to drop plans for the U.S. HIV test (not sure about the self-test that could be used overseas). Now that J&J have conceded there is little money here, why invest the huge amounts required to maintain a telephone response & counseling service if there is little market for the test. Of course, another obvious reason for withdrawal of the preferred offering is that it couldn't be sold. RP
