There are no cheap ICBMs. A rocket can be much cheaper if it only needs to be moderately reliable and accurate. Besides, I thought Star Wars was aimed at intermediate range and short range missle attacks. MAD works well for ICBMs since they require the infrastructure of a country and a full wars worth of intention to use. Star War's defenses will not have time to discriminate between real and decoy rockets in any realistic scenario. TP
