I don't mind low liquidity stocks, as long as the fundamentals are good. Your suggestion is definitely interesting. I particularly like the fact that management has elected to do something with the cash, i.e. repurchase shares while they are undervalued and distributes dividends. What's even more appealing at this level of valuation is that the business actually grows -- even though it might appear to be at a modest pace. Anyway, I've put the ticker on my radar list.
