What is it exactly you are proposing, that the Jewish people abandon their 000 years old dream of a national expression in their land?

Yes.

Why would the Israeli willingly want to dismantle what they have built over the last 120 years with blood, sweat and tears?

Note that much of that blood was Arab blood shed by Jews.

As I have suggested before, it would be the same as asking the US to yield Manhattan to its original owners, or for that matter, ask Russia and France to relinquish territories seized from the German in the last few conflicts they had.

It is similar in the brutality of the conquest, and that both used religious propaganda to justify the actions. It is different in the time frame (500 years vs. 50 years). It is also different in that the Native Americans have 100% equal rights.
