As far as the ITCO shares, they all should carry the same restricted date as they will be issued to the company shares held in trust for EDVCers if not to the stockholders of INCE directly. To do otherwise would be blatantly unfair to EDVC stockholders.

It is my understanding that TN had to rid himself of all EDVC shares early on to avoid conflict of interest or for tax reasons in SEC filings on the EDVC distribution. Does he still wield influence with INCE? I'm sure he does, but probably less as each day passes and preferred shares get sold.

Right now, INCE price is at the equivalent of 5 ITCO shares, i.e. you get INCE for almost nothing, plus a 1 yr wait. What a bargain???

It could be a bargain, but there are some questions that people need to ask before making such a decision. EDVC distribution plan is still up in the air. Record date for ITCO is still undetermined. Questions about dilution of INCE and possibility of reverse splits. Plus, do you want to trust Mr. TN again by puting new money into this company?

Today, the Waco Kid posted an interesting story on NIAR where assets were sold out from under the company into a new company. This is the secret modus operandi for far too many company managements, IMO. Are they producing products, or just manipulating stock?
