Those guys brought that action down on their heads. Do you remember that WSJ article about a year and a half ago where their head trader was boasting about all the money they made because they had access to the pre-market numbers so they could load up ahead of the retail investors? As soon as I read it I saw a fairly large settlement in their future.

I put that interview right up there with Leona Helmsley's remark to her employees that only the little people pay taxes or the famous remark about if the people have no bread they should eat cake.
