Then he assumes his own request. We need ... vague stuff ... We need a new framework that allows us to build missile defenses. There's the answer! Several months ago, I asked Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld to examine all available technologies and basing modes for effective missile defenses and there's Rumsfeld finding the best way to define a problem to fit their preconceived solution. Rumsfeld didn't set out to find the best way to protect us from our enemies, he was set out to find the missile defense that our contractors most wanted to build. It's disgusting, and using borrowed money too! TP
