as a followup, on the inside of the 3 december issue of time mag, there is a photo of an afghani woman in a shortened burka.. you can see her high heels... not spiked but not too bad for blocks..

anyway, won't it be cool when 'mini-burkas' become the fad... a dress of silk/satin material with a real short hem, revealing the tops of cuban-heeled stockings?

like i've said before, all of these monotheisms are basically about controlling the bootay...

i would take qabalistic judaism over the mainstream; shiite over sunni moslem; the gospel of st. thomas over the new testament.

in any event, why this preoccupation with sex on my part, do you ask? because the religious institutions are set up; solely to regulate that. when the women get tired of being used this way, they'll change it; and obviously they already are.

now as for the 'liberated, enlightened' american women; yes there are some. there are also a lot of others who are simply frightened and worship the state. they think you can write a bunch of fine words down in a book and everything will be 'safe, secure, and fair.' the real world simply doesn't work that way.

'a life without risk is a life without reward,' yet so many americans (male and female) believe that they can 'live' without 'risk.'

it simply cannot be done.

and as for fairness... there is none. besides, each person's idea of fairness is different from the next person's.

but i'm telling you; this war on afghanistan is a mistake. we really should be ousting the royals from arabia. it is so obvious! but nothing of the sort is happening. instead they're talking about iraq and somolia.

the saudis are at the center of the entire islamic terrorist movement, yet bush is unwilling to raise a finger against them. talk about cognitive dissonance...

i think it's rigged... the whole game is rigged...

no matter what though, women WILL get what they want.
