There is no clear reason why these stocks should move further before GLN's case moves forward. Meritor is like Ambase and both should pay off big. It's interesting to take a look at the 1 year chart of CALGZ. Back in August 1995 when Glendale won at the appeals court level, CALGZ shot up to above $8 only to retreat to aprox. $5 when it became clear that the gov't was going to take the case to the supreme court. CALGZ then made its way back to $8-10 in the weeks before the latest court ruling.
