UNDERWEIGHT due to demand concerns; expects infrastructure mkt to decline 5% in 2002 as
operators scrutinize capital spending which hurts pricing, ERICY most vulnerable; cautious on
handset mkt due to weak sales and rising inventories in Q4, NOK could pullback if they have no new
products and see seasonal softness.

07:57 ET Western Wireless (WWCA) 25.63: Co warns that Q4 service revenues will come in
between $208 and $211 mln. Based on the Multex consensus, WWCA was expected to log rev of
$260 mln for the qtr. "Unfortunately, during the fourth quarter roaming minutes from all of our
partners grew less than we expected as a result of a slowdown in travel nationwide."
