Spot on, It would be great to see DELL lead and prove to the market that stocks can move higher then the spring range. In fact I will go so far to say that a major rally would happen if DELL did in fact break out. I think it's worth the trade to be in front of that rally so I have bought DELL for the first time in long long time. ON the flip side, failure here for DELL could show the market that stocks will need more base action, so the play mention above is a small one, and will be added to if and when DELL breaks out.
