That's what we're here for, Gao ... to debate ... and often disagree. I could (but won't waste everyone's time doing it) post some bloodcurdling articles on the aftermaths of releasing criminals on technicalties. There was one notorious case in Texas where a killer of three teens was released from death row on a technical point. Afterward, he went on with his career and murdered a half-dozen or so additional innocent victims. We all have own fears and phobias. You can fear the government. I fear monsters like the one I describe. (On second thought, I do fear the government also ... for being callous enough to release a guy like this on the unsuspecting public) JC
