Richard-It's the past that I remember, and refer to with great interest. Sometimes the past gives beneficial clues in the ability to apply it to todays market conditions. A few of us probably remember a few acquisitions in this area. Example-Anybody remember Instrumentation Labs?acquired by CH Werfen/long ago.

For those Looking at clues:Lab NET also has operations also in Edison NJ. VWR -doesn't distribute NBSC products that I know of, but Merck Group of Germany does have a distribution center in Bridgeport NJ. Globally, GEA,and Radiometer both of Germany, and Shimadzu of Japan are big players in this area. Hypothetically, IMO-Fisher and AOT both make the best sense for NBSC if the proper opportunity comes along. Who knows,Thermo Electron or even Ionics might look to expand in this area. If nothing ever comes along. IMO- what we have here is a great earnings recovery play.
