these folks are experienced, although in my opinion not top quality More money than brains? Agreed that they've sure been around the block a couple of times, and have had plenty of opportunity to learn. But none of those companies (MXP, MGY, VTU) ever lit the world on fire. OTOH, maybe they've learned the necessary lessons.
