Hi Joe, I want to up my guess to a $3.5mm draw.

It does appear that some fine print items are at work here.

The orginal Acqua agreement was good with the 6.50 floor. But of course things do change. Perhaps other parameters changed too. <g>

DMX's previous $10mm secondary offering, Dec99, was for 2.5mm shares at 4.05 each.

This next draw, assuming $3.5mm, should bring in about $13.2mm at around 2.6mm shares.

Love the volume since we broke 5.00. Now range bound at 5.80 to 5.90.

PS I'm in search of a new charting site since Stock Charts went commercial. Anyone got any ideas?
