I've picked this two cent stock (MJXC - www.themcl.com) before and a couple of times it reached a nickle or a little higher, but backed off. They're highly diluted and trying to sell patented schoolbus safety products to very unpredictable customers - government agencies in the USA and Canada. The company has accomplished good things that have not yet reflected on the bottom line. If the products ever catch on, and there's good reason to believe they will, all the schoolboard bureaucrats will fall all over each other trying to outfit their busses to avoid lawsuits should any more children be victim of preventable death or injury. And this stock will fly.
