The macro FA dudes must be having a heart attack.

While the company can hype its EBITDA proforma accounting BS all it wants, the AOL announcement of a $60B charge in the first quarter is going to obliterate the earnings of the S&P 500. It is really going to be interesting to see where the PE on this Index goes.
