15:21 ET FuelCell Energy (FCEL) 20.65 +2.73 (+15.2%): -- Update -- Technical -- Entire group has been on the move ahead of tomorrow's announcement by U.S. Energy Secretary Spencer (see 13:16 comment). FCEL of particular interest as it has broken out of six day and three month trading ranges on heavy volume (3x avg). Very short term momentum suggests follow through possible with resistances near 21 and 21.50 in front of its 200 day simple ma at 21.83.
