Give me the list of Rogue nations with ballistic missile launch capability to reach the US. After you do that, don't you think it would be easier to demand them to dismantle the site than spend 100 billion on a system that has less than 50% chance of working if they ever launch. Building the shield is stupid beyond rationality.
