It's interesting that CSCO in fact said that market growth remains unclear, that "there's still limited visibility," and that the U.S. market is "still struggling."

So why the news in advance that Lehman expects positive commentary from CSCO? What's the game here? Why speculate publicly in advance of an announcement, unless they want to help guide the stock up by putting a positive spin on things before the facts are out? It certainly gives one a cynical view of the institutional analysts. It's almost as if they were cushioning themselves against the possibility of negative comments. But who knows what they're up to?

Anyway, the stock appears to be slightly down from it's closing price.
