Thoughts? Yes, I have a bunch of them, but can't make any sense out of them. I am totally confused as to what they are trying to do and what their goals are. First, they were going to merge with each other and keep their number of outstanding shares down. They were going to get many oil and gas leases and the maker of the swabbers under the same roof. After the merger they were going to apply for NASDAQ. Then someone called it off, because the terms were not right or something like that. Now, OLEX took over 40% of IMPN, they have two members on the board, and give warrents to Rife oil for their own shares. Also, they are going to help develope IMPN's leases. What are they doing with theirs? Like I said before, I don't know what they are doing and I wander if they do either. Eric (frustrated with OLEX)
