Hi, Joe -

I'm a little baffled by this draw stuff. I can't repost the charts, but in no case has DMX ever slipped into distribution before a draw announcement. In about a week or two, the stock goes into distribution as the 3 A's begin shorting.

Further, I note the de facto date of share issuance is never earlier than the date of the announcement, so the shares cannot have been sold to Acqua before that date.

In no case have the 3 A's engaged in heightened activity before a draw announcement.

For the sake of easier reading, I'll post the trading graph prior to the September announcement - the 3 A's were not the big sellers. The graph is in the next post.

I do not understand the contention that the draws precede the announcement. Can someone explain the thinking? It does not appear to be supported by the evidence.

Regards,

Jim
