Maybe they are waiting for the new nvidia chips available at the end of the month. Maybe they wanted the spotlight all to the iMac without stepping on it too much. If they announce a big improvement in the pro line within the next couple of weeks, it won't make a difference to the year end results. If it is longer than that, it might start to affect year end results.
