Castello said Xoma is "working out terms because obviously we want them continue their business just as we do, just want to make sure we are properly remunerated." Might still have some words wrong but that's about it.

Seems there will be news from the phage companies as it sounds like there is at least some agreement that XOMA holds key patents.
