Apple offers a larger screen in the G4 Powerbook, but the iBook is a lightweight type machine, and in that weight class, a 14" screen is hard to find on a PC.

Also, Mac users are not stuck with 1024 x 768 resolution. They can get any monitor they want to go with their G4 towers.

I use a 21" CRT running at 1600 x 1200 in addition to the 1152 x 768 LCD panel on my PowerBook G4. What's more, I can use the two displays at the same time, at different resolutions and/or color depths, creating a vast expanse of desktop. How cool is that?
