Ah! Looks like MFL does have something at El Malacate. Pretty serious looking JV with PDG for a carried interest. biz.yahoo.com PDG would seem logical for Dolores too, but the price is way up there on that one. Good news, but 500K doesn't fund a whole lot at Dolores. Time to attack the areas outside of the Main Zone IMO. In my gut there's a another deal (FN-ECO, whatever?) coming soon on Dolores, but with PDG in the picture at EM, doesn't seem the whole company is for sale now? I'd guess a major 50/50 development JV.
