To your question of the importance of cash flow vs net income, although cash flow is probably more important in the "long" term, my experience with other stocks is that "long" term often means very, very, very long. It can take so long for the benefit of strong cash flows to affect the stock price, that the fundamentals generating the strong cash flows can deteriorate before the stock moves. So, at least in my experience, the earnings are more important to the stock price unless you can see clear continued growth years and years into the future.

This leads to my question to ROTC investors who understand the company better than me.... Does anyone know how the latest versions of the budget will affect ROTC earnings for the next year or so? The price has bounced back up a bit so I assume there may be some positive news out there.
