Fuel cells look good right now, but how do you know someone's not working on something even better right now? We never learn. I will predict right now that this new "program" will do nothing help us become less dependant on oil and most likely will slow progress down. It will be a total waste of taxpayer dollars. Bookmark this for future reference. Well, the Bush administration has announced plans to scrap the Clinton plan and push to develop new cars using hydrogen fuel-cell technology, instead.
