Network Appliance (NTAP): Stock impacted by Bear Stearns takeaway comments from meeting with investors relations yesterday. Says no new guidance from co and that expectations remain for at sequentially flat rev and EPS. Firm believes that over 40% of the qtr's biz would be expected to done in Jan. With stk trading at 165x firm's 2003 estimate of $0.15, believes it is hard to justify significant valuation upside. finance.yahoo.com
