Their ain't none. Their isn't even a .13u chip.
Intel scrambled (TM Mcmannis) to .13u, they had to. They made the best out of a bad Rambus situation. They can even sell P4s that are crippled by SDRAM.
AMD got a bonus and sat on their laurels.
