Well, you guys want news, here is some for ya! I received a call today from Mr. Peter Boonen. He informed me that Mr. Jesse Taylor resigned from IMMM on June 9th, 1997. His reason for resignation was his great concern for shares being issued without the approval of the board. He was also concerned the companie's inability to answer questions about company affairs. Mr. Boonen also notified me that Mr. Jesse Taylor opposed Paul Ebeling's appointment to the board. Peter also stated that it appears Paul Ebeling is basically running the company. Mr. Boonen also wanted me to state that he was NEVER a director of Madera International. I think I misconstrued this statement in a previous post. All information can be verified by Mr. Boonen himself. ~~
