On the alternative energy concern. I know about a theory of shooting 18 lasers at one gallon of sea water. It is supposed to do something. What is it they're doing if successfull? I'd greatly appreciate it if any physics major could explain the theory to me? BirdDog@OhHomeOnTheRange.com
