I keep hearing this. Other than some Taiwan newspaper is there any evidence of this? I hope it's true for AMDs sake.
If it is, "what IF" AMD hadn't lost all that US retail space? Could have been a real eye opener for AMD but in the end, AMD blew that chance too.
