There shouldn't be a risk. Even though you are not an insider, the information must be material-non public info and you must have come by it in an illegal fashion-misappropriated it. The info posted by you and others is often opinion, and if it comes from the company it is not misappropriated, you are not a tippee most likely of inside info, the info is public stuff well known in trade magazines and by others-customers, engineers etc. Rich
