Does anyone here have a problem with Etrade's limit orders? It seems they have redefined the order to mean "please buy the stock AT the price indicated in my limit order". For me it has been about 99.9% of time with the rare occasion of getting a penny or less under. It is a little unnerving--in fact, this is how I have come to interpret the limit order which is a bit of a burden considering eTrade should be taking an active interest in my best financial interests as my broker.

Also, the other day I bought an OTC stock and placed the limit order at 1.90. It was filled in blinding record time at 1.90, yet the range for the day never surpassed $1.85 and I am fairly certain (this is the weak point in my complaint) the ask never hit 1.90 as well.

Before I go ballistic, perhaps there is a reasonable explanation, though I am still waiting for a reply from eTrade on this matter.
